I have a bedroom coming available around mid March in my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment in Costa Mesa near South Coast Plaza.
Rent is $1,565 plus utilities. 10 month lease.
$375 security deposit.

Room is 14x10 with a walk in closet. Private bath directly across from bedroom. Rooms are on opposite sides of apartment for extra privacy. Open parking.

Nice apartment, washer/dryer in unit, air conditioning, 2 tone paint, faux wood flooring, granite counters and high ceilings.

Community features 2 pools with jacuzzis and cabanas, BBQS, 24 hour gym, game room, theatre, business room.
Located near freeway.

About myself: 37 year old female. I live a very healthy, holistic, active lifestyle. I meal prep a lot of my meals. Both a coffee & matcha lover. I love the outdoors/nature, going for walks, hiking, coffee/matcha dates, trying new places especially if outdoors, and anything to do with water... beach, boating, laying by the pool. I workout 5 days a week and stay very active. Into wellness events, meditation, sound baths, networking events, personal development.

I do have a medium size 13 year old dog who is very quiet and well behaved. Ideally no other pets.

This is a clean, focused on non-toxic health, quiet and peaceful home.
I'm looking for someone who is clean and reliable.
