Primary Bedroom/Private Bath in townhome

Looking for a responsible and kind female roommate for room available March 15, 2026 off Fairview/Avocado Street in Costa Mesa! You will share the house with me and Harper. You would need to pass the credit/background check with the property management and of course vibe with us 🙂 I have some info/pics/videos below. Rent has been around $1,300 (utilities not included but usually under $150 )

We are 2 females, I’m in my 40’s
and Harper is in her 20’s. It is a 3 bd, 2.5 bathroom townhome. You would share the house with myself and Harper. We like to have girls nights, go hike/walk, go to the beach, but we also love staying home and relaxing. We hang out at home, watch TV, cook dinners, and work out. We like to laugh and enjoy life. Harper is in school and works doing theater. I work in an office Mon-Fri from 9-6pm. The townhome community is gated, quiet and well maintained. I have been in this unit since 2016 and love it. The unit is in good condition, just not updated. The available bedroom is upstairs and on its own side down the hall from the other bedrooms. There are high ceilings throughout and a ton of space in the room to fit a queen bed, dressers, desk. There are walls for art and ample closet space. There is an additional reserved parking space inside the gates and guests can park for free on the street or in front of our garage. We also have an attached 2 car garage with some extra storage space and there are plenty of cabinets in the hallway and kitchen. Washer/Dryer unit. We do not have a pool or workout room but the beach is close and there are several gyms in the area 24 Hour/Planet Fitness/ UFC Gym. I like how close we are to Harbor Blvd (main shopping area) and Newport Blvd/55/73/405 easy access to freeways with no traffic. We are just under 2 miles away from the Triangle Square restaurants, bars, movie theater, and shops. We are 4 miles from Newport Beach pier, bars, beach and shops. We are under 7 miles to Main Street in Huntington Beach, 15 miles to Irvine or Angels Stadium/Honda Center in Anaheim for Disney/concerts/sports. We are like a family here and just want someone to feel welcome and respected and like a part of the house. We just ask that you be a kind, responsible and respectful person as well.
