Who am I?
William, originally from Mission Viejo, 39, work in office 7AM to 4PM, introverted wine lover. I use the smaller bedroom and smaller closet and it’s all I need. I work, hit the gym, go wine tasting, and spend many weekends away either visiting family or just traveling. I’ve been here since December 2022 and love the spot.

My roommate, unfortunately, needs to move out for family reasons. Space will be open December 1st, but possible for you to move in sooner.
You would be taking the larger bedroom and have a walk-in closet to yourself. We would share a bathroom. I would be the roommate in the other bedroom. Comes with our private balcony. You would also get your own garage space; I dont have a car so I dont need it. Kitchen with working stove, oven, dishwasher. I bought a microwave and a fridge. The complex has a pool and hot tub, and PLENTY of walking space for pets. Wimbledon Glen is a nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors and is next to the 405.
Down the street from South Coast Plaza.

Your rent would be $1,650 a month plus utilities (I show you total and we split). The property manager will do a credit check and will require seeing pay-stubs and/or tax returns. Credit score minimum is 650 (negotiable).
