Private Room with bathroom Costa Mesa near Newport

I’m renting out the master bedroom in my 2-bedroom upstairs apartment. The room comes with its own private bathroom. It’s spacious, has its own closet, quite a bit of natural light, and will be unfurnished by the move-in date (December 1).

You’ll have full access to the kitchen. I just ask that we both keep things clean and maintain a tidy, comfortable space.

The apartment is located on the east side of Costa Mesa/bordering Newport (17th St area). The neighborhood is very walkable, calm, safe, and close to the beach (about a 10-minute drive or a 40-minute walk). There are tons of great restaurants and grocery options nearby like Target, Sprouts, and Ralphs are all less than a 10-minute walk, with Trader Joe’s and Mother’s Market just a 5-minute drive away. Back Bay is nearby as well for nice walks.
