Hey there! 2 thirty-something professional women looking for a friendly and responsible roommate to fill a room in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in the heart of East Side Costa Mesa. Current roommate will be moving out end of April and room will be available May 1st

You’ll be sharing the house with 2 easy-going, quiet, clean professional women— and would love to find a roomie with a similar vibe.
About the House:
- **room with a private entrance- the room is 10x11 and shares a bathroom with one other roommate, but has a sliding door to the patio.
- **Updated Amenities:** We’ve got new appliances in the kitchen, tile throughout the house, and a washer and dryer on-site for your convenience.
- **Off-Street Parking:** No need to worry about finding a spot!
- **Large Enclosed Garden:** Perfect if you’re into gardening or just want a peaceful outdoor space to relax.
- **Garage Storage:** Plenty of room for any extra stuff you might have.
- **Pet-Friendly:** We have a dog, so an animal lover would fit right in. Introductions would have to be made in advance to make sure everyone gets along.
- **$1350 per month for the room, which includes all utilities except for a housekeeper that comes every 2 weeks. This is a separate charge of $65 per visit, but we find it is well worth it to keep everyone happy and the house running smoothly. Housekeeper cleans common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, floors).

East Side Costa Mesa is a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood. It’s a great spot if you enjoy a mix of suburban tranquility and easy access to all the action. You’re close to the Back Bay, with lots of options for outdoor activities, and just a short drive away from the beach, cool cafes, and local shops. Plus, the 55 freeway is nearby, making it easy to get wherever you need to go.
