I have a bedroom available now in my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment in Costa Mesa near South Coast Plaza.

Rent is $1,560 plus utilities. 14 month lease. $350 security deposit.

Room is 14x10 with a walk in closet. Private bath directly across from bedroom. Rooms are on opposite sides of apartment for extra privacy. Open parking.

Nice apartment, washer/dryer in unit, air conditioning, 2 tone paint, faux wood flooring, granite counters and high ceilings.

Community features 2 pools with jacuzzis and cabanas, BBQS, 24 hour gym, game room, theatre, business room. Located near freeway.

About myself: mid 30’s female. Live a very healthy and holistic, active lifestyle. I meal prep all my meals. I love the outdoors, hiking and anything to do with water…beach, boating, laying by the pool. Love live music, weightlifting.

I do have a medium size 13 year old dog who is very quiet and well behaved. So must like animals. Ideally no other animals but possibly open to one if the right fit. Must be very well behaved/not destructive/no obsessive barking.

This is a very quiet and peaceful home. I’m looking for someone who is clean and reliable. Would be nice to find someone with common interests. No parties. No couples. No kids. If this sounds like a good fit, please respond with a little about yourself.
