Shared Townhouse, Long term renters

Hello, we live in a four bedroom/four bathroom condo in Costa Mesa, located near Harbor and Hamilton, two blocks north of Triangle Square. Each room is single occupancy with its own private bathroom. The room available is clean, unfurnished, recently renovated, approx. 120+ sqft, has a private full bathroom, and large closet of approx. 21+ sqft.

The shared living space includes the living room and kitchen which are already furnished. We share a four-car garage and a single visitors parking spot, so all roommates have guaranteed parking.

The complex has a NO pet policy, and property management. There is also a laundry room on site with coin operated machines.

The rent for the room is $1100.00 per month + utilities (split between the 4 roommates, which includes: internet, gas, electric and water). There is a $25 non-refundable application fee, and you must have good credit (700+) and pass a background check.

We are looking for individuals who are down-to-earth, non-smoking, clean (picks up after yourself, helps out with common spaces, etc.), respectful (not noisy late at night, gets along with roommates, etc.), working adults.
