We're searching for a new roommate who's excited to join our household anytime between now and mid-December, 2025. We are on a month-to-month lease. Rent is $1254/mo. This is a mixed household with 2 males and a female. Here's who we're looking for:
A friendly individual with steady employment (proof of income required). Someone who is familiar and comfortable with communal living spaces and interested in a minimum of a 1-2 year commitment. Ideal credit score: 680 or above (recommended by property management). Sorry, no couples or pets allowed. Quiet hours for shared areas (kitchen, laundry, etc.) are from 11:30pm to 7:30am. None of us drink alcohol, and we prefer the home be free of alcohol. Smoking anything is outdoors only.
Total move-in costs are $2,444.
This includes a $1000 security deposit, the first month’s rent (pro-rated for partial months), a one-time application fee of $40, and a one-time property management fee of $150. Utilities average $60-$80 per person per month.

You'll be sharing a 1300-square-foot, 3-bedroom home with health-conscious professionals ages 32-41. You would share a bathroom with one male roommate. We strike a good balance between respecting each other's space and being friendly when we cross paths. We meet as needed to ensure everyone feels comfortable living together.
About your bedroom:
Your unfurnished upstairs bedroom measures 10ft x 13ft and comes with a 2ft x 10ft closet. Enjoy plenty of natural light from the sunny, east-facing window. Your carpet has been freshly cleaned, and there's ample storage in the additional closet right outside your bedroom.
About the home: Located in the safe and beautiful east side of Costa Mesa, our home is just a 5-minute walk from the Newport Back Bay walking trail. Healthy restuarants and grocery stores are 5-minute drive away, making errands a breeze. Your rent includes one driveway parking spot, some garage storage space, and access to shared amenities like the in-house washer and dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a backyard with a small garden, and high-speed 300 Mbps cable internet.
