Hello! We are three young professionals looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean new roommate. We have one private room available to fill in a four-bedroom condo around Nov 1st. The current roommate makeup is two ladies and one guy, all in our twenties to thirties.

The condo is in Costa Mesa, located near Harbor and Hamilton, two blocks north of Triangle Square. It's a 15 minute bike ride to the beach.
Each room is single occupancy, unfurnished, approximately 110 square ft, with its own private bathroom. The shared living space includes the living room and kitchen which are already furnished. The unit has a four-car garage and a single visitors parking space, so all roommates have guaranteed parking.

The complex has a no pet policy and a property manager. There is in-unit laundry, as well as, an on site laundry room with coin operated machines.

The rent for the room is $1100 per month + utilities (split between the 4 roommates, which includes: internet, gas, electric and water). There is a $25 non-refundable application fee, and you must have good credit (700+) and pass a background check. The lease is month to month, although we are ideally looking for a long term roommate. A deposit of half the rent is also required before moving in.
