This is a small, private room on the first floor of our town home, with its own bathroom and storage, and your very own parking spot! This is located in a terrific, walkable area of Costa Mesa, close to restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and parks, and a 30-min bike ride from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and shared, and the room itself comes with a TV. The shared areas (kitchen and living room) are kept clean and tidy. The room will not be furnished.
We are a M/F couple with a friendly, medium-sized dog. We are full-time professionals who love to hike, go on bike rides, eat out, cook at home, watch basketball, football, and F1, make cocktails, and catch up on movies and TV.
