Your Room

My name is James and my girlfriend, Leah and I are looking for a roommate for our townhouse. Our current roommate got into a car accident (he's ok!) but his car was totaled so he"ll be moving in with his family to save money for a new vehicle.
This was a short notice turn of events so we're looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. May 1st is our goal deadline for finding a match. But we can pro-rate for any date in April.

We're located on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa, right near the Raising Canes, the freeway entrances, and all the tempting fast food haha

We have a dog (her name is Sasquatch, she's a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Lab mix and is super friendly and doesn't bark much), and a cat (Bleu who is also super cuddly and sweet). We're looking for someone who has integrity and whom we feel comfortable sharing our home with and having around our pets.
Neither of us are smokers nor big partiers but we enjoy having friends over from time to time :)

Your room would be upstairs with the others and our room is across the hall so you won't be sharing a wall with any room that is an acting bedroom. Unless you're standing in the hall you can't really hear anyone from the other side of the door which is always a plus.

Me and Leah have the master so the upstairs bathroom with a bathtub is yours privately. There is a half-bath downstairs to be used for guests or whomever.

There is a park in our front yard as a part of the community, a small pool, a designated parking spot for you, as well as open visitor parking that's usually easily available for company. We have a nice sized back patio that is private between the house and the garage. In the garage is an in unit washer and dryer and there is some storage space in the garage available for you as well!

We share all common areas and we like to keep them (kitchen mainly) as basic tidy zones. We're pretty easy going so nothing crazy, just common courtesy standards.

I am in restaurant management and Leah is a bartender and starting a nonprofit for mental health. We do sometimes keep late hours but are never excessively loud when coming home.

The rent will be $1200 and this is not including utilities. You can expect an extra $100 - $200 for utilities which includes water, garbage, electricity, and internet per month.
