Roommate wanted

Hey there! I’m Cheyenne and I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2bed/2bath apartment in Costa Mesa ($1750 + utilities). A little about me: I’m 27 and work full-time, in-person at a skincare company in Irvine. I love Taylor Swift, hosting the occasional game or wine nights, Pilates, and exploring OC.

About the complex, 3400 Avenue of the Arts: It’s located in Costa Mesa, just around the corner from South Coast Plaza. It has a large gym, multiple pools and hot tubs, rock climbing wall, movie theatre, spin studio—all free for residents. Basically like living in a resort.

In the unit, you would have your own large, private bedroom, en-suite bathroom and full access to the shared living, dining and kitchen areas. I currently have these spaces fully-furnished, but I’m not opposed to changing things up and you’re welcome to help decorate. The apartment has AC, in-unit laundry, garage parking, a dishwasher, wine fridge and bar area, tons of closet space, hardwood floors, and a huge patio.

I have a sweet 6-year-old corgi named Matilda and adorable 8-year-old cat named Scooter. Because of this, I’m looking for a roommate who doesn’t have/want any pets of their own. I also have a long-term boyfriend who stays over occasionally, so I don’t mind if you have overnight guests as long as we’re communicative!

Again, rent is ~$1750 + utilities and the lease ends May 2025. If you have a full-time job, proof of income, and think we might be a good match, feel free to message me!
