We are three young professionals looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean new roommate. We have one private room available to fill in a four-bedroom condo on March 1. The current roommate makeup is two guys, in our mid twenties.

We live in a four bedroom/four bathroom condo in Costa Mesa, located near Harbor and Hamilton, two blocks north of Triangle Square. Each room is single occupancy with its own private bathroom. The room available is unfurnished, approximately 135 square ft. (not including the alcove), with a private bath, and a walk-in closet.

The shared living space includes the living room and kitchen which are already furnished. The unit has a four-car garage and a single visitors parking space, so all roommates have guaranteed parking.

The complex has a no pet policy, and an on-site property manager. There is also a laundry room on site with coin operated machines.

The rent for the room is $978 per month + utilities (split between the 4 roommates, which includes: internet, gas, electric and water). There is a $25 non-refundable application fee, and you must have good credit (+700) and pass a background check. The lease is month to month, and a $500 deposit is required before moving in.
