Hi!
I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2bd 2bath apartment in Costa Mesa next to orange coast college. Rent is $1600 a month with a 375 security deposit. You will have to show proof that you can pay rent on time every month. Rent includes all utilities including water, gas, trash, cable, internet and 24/7 security. It also includes an uncovered parking spot. There is plenty of parking available and it is not hard to find a spot. The apartment is furnished, the bedroom is unfurnished. It’s as big as a master. It could easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, and a small desk. You would have a private bathroom right across the hall. This apartment is really awesome!
The complex is beautiful with trees, waterfalls and a creek around the complex, two pools (one heated), a spa, tennis courts, a clubhouse, a gym, and a sauna. There is also 24/7 security patrol. It's very safe here.
The location is awesome. It's close to lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. Only 15 mins to the beach!
About me: I work full time as a speech therapist at an elementary school. When I come home I like to relax, read, paint, and watch TV/movies. I also love to cook. I am down to earth, respectful, and considerate. I would like my roommate to be as well. Please no smoking or vaping. I would prefer no overnight guests. One cat is allowed. Must love animals. I have two cats and an ESA dog.
