This is 1-of-2 open rooms I have for rent available right now. It’s a 3br apartment on a month-to-month lease contract. Rent for this room is $899/mo. w/1-2 month split deposit due at signing (pending credit+rent history). Keep in mind this is ~$200-$300 below market.

This room is 12’ x 12’. Unfurnished but with a full size closet, and it shares one of the bathrooms. Though not included in rent, the Power/Gas/internet monthly utilities split is usually $50-60 per month/person.

Located in Harbor Village Apartments just off Harbor Blvd, between Adams and Fair Dr. 5 mins from 5/55/405 fwys. We have access to Laundry/pool/jacuzzi. Assigned and guest parking are included. Pets are welcome (pending approval from the management/leasing office + $500 deposit). Side note, I have a dog, and there is a “1-dog-per-unit rule”. But depending on the situation it could be figured out…


I’m a professional in my late 30s. I cook at home. Like to keep things clean, structured. I love to go on trips, and spend time outdoors. I don’t drink much or party, especially at home. Though full disclosure this is four-twenty friendly & welcoming home. I have a small older dog. Who is super mellow, house trained, and well behaved.
