Peaceful, private room with vaulted ceiling

We are an older couple with a Room for rent in our home.
The room can come furnished or unfurnished. We have extra queen or twin size beds, dresser, desk w/chair, nightstand if needed.

We offer a secure and pleasant environment for busy adults whose focus is saving money on rent. We pretty much keep to ourselves, are happy to say hello, but don’t have time to hang out as we are busy with our own lives. We seek the same in whoever rents here.

Prefer someone who doesn’t require access to our kitchen and can handle their own light meal prep with the mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster oven provided in their room.

INCLUDED: Laundry room access / all utilities / high speed Wi-fi.
No other communal areas.

We’re fine if you work from home as long as you don’t bother us or the neighbors.

Residential parking on street.
We're in West Costa Mesa, Close to 55 freeway and Newport Beach.

Private bathroom available for $200 additional.
