We are a older couple with a room for rent in our house. It's a large furnished room with vaulted ceiling, large closet space, and windows with tree views. Good freeway access and to PCH, Nearby Newport.

We're friendly but mostly keep to ourselves.

Looking for person who doesn't need kitchen access, room has it's own basic food prep appliances for basic food prep. We don't have communal hang out areas, just the furnished room, private bath (housekeeper will need bathroom access for cleaning) and 1x per week laundry room access.

The room being rented has a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, fridge w/freezer.
