I’m looking for one roommate to share a peaceful, clean, and quiet home. For me, home is a place to rest and recharge after work, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates the same kind of environment.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, communicates openly, pays rent on time, has good hygiene, and values a stable, healthy lifestyle.

I keep a very clean home and follow simple habits like no shoes inside and cleaning up after using shared spaces. I also try to keep my home free from unnecessary traffic so it remains a quiet and relaxing place to live.

The apartment is located in a beautiful gated community with pools, spa, gym, yoga studio, clubhouse, BBQ areas, and walking trails. It also includes an in-unit washer and dryer and is conveniently located near the 405 and 55 freeways, shopping, restaurants, and parks.

The room will be available in early August.
