Hey everyone! My name is Michelle and I just got married last weekend and I just moved in with my Husband. With that said I just moved out of my bedroom I was renting. It's in Costa Mesa right across from Hoag's hospital. Awesome location! It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex. Full access of the house. Washer/dryer, refrigerator space, fully furnished living room. Background w/ a bbq and outside furniture. There is garage w/ space for storage, street and drive way parking and an amazing roommate! I must say out of all the roommates I've had over the years, Melissa has been the best. She has a huge heart and is super easy going. She definitely gets the best roommate award!
Rent is $837. 50 a month, not including utilities. Utilities usually varies from $65 to $75 a month ... gas, electric and internet.
If anyone is interested you can message Melissa or I and we'll be more than welcome to show you our place. Looking to have someone move in by May 1st!

My roommate is preferably looking for a single Christian woman to move in. :)
