Hi! We are looking for a third roommate to rent with me and my brother.

You will get the master bedroom and bathroom all to yourself. The room is fully furnished with a large TV, king sized bed, recliner, desk, wardrobe, walk-in closet, and small patio.

$1000 per month plus utilities. If you would like to share the room between two people we will consider that but would need to raise the rent price slightly in that case. Let us know and we can discuss the details.
