This is for a single bedroom . You will share one large bathroom with one other female only. 15 min walking distance to Cypress College. There is plenty of natural and recessed lighting in the room. I live in the house by myself, but my 9 y/o son. It is a HOA neighborhood so parking on the streets will not be an issue , and there is no street sweeping. No smoking, pets, drugs, or cooking inside the room. WiFi, laundry room access, and utilities included. Light cooking is ok in the kitchen or patio as long as you clean up. Females only please. No overnight guests. I am a very sociable, polite, clean ( somewhat of a neat freak), and respectable person who expects the same. Serious inquires only.
