I have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom for rent in Brea in a very upscale neighborhood. The home is quite spacious, extremely clean, and has also been recently remodeled. It has new kitchen appliances, new plumbing, roofing, remodeled bathrooms, hardwood floors, air conditioning and heating also. Each room has a ceiling fan with a remote control to set your custom speed. Im seeking a person who works outside of the home during the day who is highly responsible, clean, peaceful and considerate. I would like to find someone who treats the home as a sanctuary, as I do. Its available immediately. The rent is $1500 & $1500 security deposit that must be paid before move in. Its fully refundable upon move out, as long as property is returned in the same condition as before taking occupancy. There are washer/dryer amenities in the garage. There is a big, fenced backyard and its close to most freeways, shopping centers, CSUF, and is has an alarm system equipped with exterior cameras. Its an extremely safe neighborhood.
