Brea Room For Rent

I have one (1) furnished private bedroom and shared bathroom for rent in a 3bd/2ba condo new construction in Brea.

There is currently one (1) male (30s) living in the master bedroom and one (1) male (mid 20s). You will be sharing the restroom with the 20s male. Rent for the room is $1100 includes all utilities and AT&T fiber internet. Deposit will be the same amount as 1st month's rent (i. e. $1100 monthly rent + $1100 deposit = $2200 due upon move-in).

- Flexible move-in date.
- Be okay with co-ed (if you're female and reading this), especially sharing the bathroom.
- Must be clean and willing to share restroom cleaning responsibilities.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties and overnight guests allowed. Peaceful and quiet family oriented area.
- No smoking/vaping due to HOA restrictions.
- Preferably young working professionals or university student.
- Less than 5 minutes to downtown Brea and other commercial uses. Closest cross street is Brea Blvd and Central Ave. Very close to Brea Mall.
- Approximately 5 miles to CSU Fullerton
- This unit is on the 3rd level and there is no elevator, must be comfortable walking up and down stairs.
- Washer and Dryer in Unit.
- Kitchen and living room free to use, be mindful of the other tenants in the unit and within building.
- Parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
- There's a small nearby park that you can walk to.
- Building entrance has a security code for entrance.
- Secure and safe area.
- Credit check to be made upon interest.
- Job/income verification to be made upon interest.
