We are looking for a roommate to renew the lease with us in June.
We have a private room (11x11) with your own bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt in Brea. The room comes with 1 assigned parking space. Utilities split evenly between residents (water, sewer, trash, gas, electric, WiFi - appx 100-150 / person / month).
Other bed/bath has LGBTQ+ couple (28 F, student and working & 31 F, working) and a dog.
Pet friendly; we have 1 small dog who is good with dogs and cats. She will never be your responsibility, only your friend if you let her. She is an ESA so does not count against pet restrictions at the apts.
Couple ok for 1500 instead.
Guests ok. Drinking ok. Smoking outside only please.
The apartments require an application, credit check, and proof of income (W-2 is ok) but no deposit.
Less than 20 minutes to Disneyland (12.2 miles). Less than 10 minutes to CSUF (3.5 miles). Less than 20 minutes to Cal Poly Pomona (12.1 miles). Less than 20 minutes to Chapman University (10.1 miles). Off the 57 between Imperial and Lambert.
