Two open rooms in beautiful Brea townhome!

Hi everyone!
I have two rooms available in a professionals townhome in Brea. The most important details are:

- Available: May 15th

- Rent: The larger room is $945 + utilities for a 15x10.5ft room with two closets and a shared bathroom. The smaller room is $895 + utilities with one closet and a shared bathroom. Security deposit is $822 each.

- Very safe area, less than 5 minutes from sprouts, target, Ralph’s & downtown.

- House is fully furnished and beautifully decorated! Rooms are unfurnished but some furniture can be included.

- Washer/dryer, AC, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, small backyard.

- You will be sharing the house with two female professionals (mid and late 20s). I’m a small business owner/artist who works from home and my housemate is a nurse who is out a lot of the time.

- The things we VERY MUCH prioritize are cleanliness, respect, healthy communication, and a drama-free, peaceful/quiet atmosphere. Love to have fun, but big on this not being a party house. We want it to be a restful place to come home to after our long work days.

- I have a small Maltese mix that is adorable but can be a jerk to other dogs and is scared of cats so no pets please (sorry!). Smoking is also not allowed per our HOA and landlord’s guidelines.
