Hi everyone! I have a room that will be available November in a young female professionals townhome in Brea. The girl who is currently living here is so wonderful but moving back home to save up money. Here are the most important details!
- 14x10.5ft room with two closets and a shared bathroom. Garage parking is a possibility depending on car size.
- Security deposit is $800
- Very safe area, less than 5 minutes from sprouts, target, LA fitness, Ralph’s & downtown.
- House is fully furnished, room is unfurnished.
- Washer/dryer, AC, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, small backyard.
- You will be sharing the house with three other women (early & late 20’s). Two are students and I am a working professional.
- The things we prioritize are cleanliness, healthy communication, and a drama-free, peaceful/quiet atmosphere. Love to have fun, but big on this not being a party house. We want it to be a restful place to come home to after our long work days.
- I have a small Maltese mix that is adorable but can be a jerk to other dogs and is scared of cats so no pets please (sorry!). Smoking is also not allowed per our HOA and landlord’s guidelines.
