Our roommate recently out and we are looking for someone to rent our second room. It is in the back of a quiet complex in Huntington Beach. There is a spacious closet in the room and a window overlooking the green belt out front.
The bathroom is shared, and the renter would be able to use the living room, kitchen and dining room as well. We are happy to make friends or you can keep to yourself, whatever you prefer.
There are three laundry rooms on-site that take coins or you can use an app to pay digitally. There is a pool and a hot tub. It is a gated complex and there is always parking available inside for residents. Guests must park on the street.
