Hello, my name is Malcolm. I'm 24 years old and looking for a roommate.
I have a 2-year-old cat named Orion.
Requirements for roommates
- must pay $1,500.00
- The lease is only for a year (month-to-month is fine as well; need a 30-day notice if moving out).
- Must be okay with cats.
- Must be okay with sharing a bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
- Overnight guests are okay; just give prior notice.
- Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
- Utilities will be split evenly.
- Please be tidy and clean up after yourself.
- Would prefer someone of a similar age to mine, but younger or older is fine.
- no smoking/ drugs in the house.
