Private room for rent in a gated community at Huntington Beach, excellent location, 0.5 mile from the beach, less than 1 mile from the Pier/Main Street, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores such as Walmart and Vons. It's a 1 suite and 3 bedrooms house, 2 restrooms, complete in-unit laundry and plenty of extra parking spots on the street. Our gated community is a very familiar place, with a pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, barbecue places for gathering and bonfire.

You'll be sharing the house with three other people, all hard workers, clean and very chilled, it's not a party house! Three males, me, mid 40's, a paramedic mid 50's and a computer programming mid 40's. No pets, no cigarettes or illegal drugs!

The rent is $1.250 + utilities, and the other bills such as electric, gas, internet, etc, are all split four ways and it's around $100 per month. Additionally, we request a refundable security deposit of $1.000. Available month to month, ideally looking for someone intending to stay at least 12 months. The room is unfurnished and has carpet floor. We are looking for a working professional, respectful with other people and their private space, clean, pleasant to live with, responsible to always pay the bills on time and follow the house rules.
