Charming & cozy original beach bungalow with renovated interior. Great location steps to beautiful beach & boardwalk in between Balboa & Newport piers & close to restaurants, shopping, harbor, ferry etc.. Furnished bedroom with 4 windows, small desk, TV, plenty of storage & closet space. Private parking space & back entrance. Washer/dryer, use of kitchen & common areas. I am the owner & live in the home. I've rented this room out short term for 14 years on Airbnb but looking for long term roomate who doesn't work 100% remote, beginning in the new year. You can see my profile & reviews on there. I prefer a working professional who is kind, communitive, courteous & clean, someone that likes a quiet clean lifestyle would be a good fit.
