Charming & cozy original beach bungalow with renovated interior. Great location , the beach is your backyard. Just steps to boardwalk & beautiful beach. Location is between Balboa & Newport piers & close to restaurants, shopping, harbor, ferry etc.. Furnished bedroom with 4 windows, small desk, TV, plenty of storage & closet space. Private parking space & back entrance. Washer/dryer, use of kitchen & common areas. I am the owner & live in the home. I've rented this room out short term (min 30 days) for 13 years on Airbnb. I would like to transition to a long term roomate who works outside the home ( minimal remote ok) .You can see my profile & reviews on Airbnb. I'd prefer a working professional, someone who is respectful, kind, communitive, courteous & clean.
I am semi retired & enjoy an active, clean & quiet lifestyle.
