Hello! I’m looking to find a new roommate ASAP for my 960 Sq Ft 2 bedroom 1 bath in Anaheim located very close to Knott's!

Rent is $2,200 total and we would split it evenly. So your half would be $1,100. Utility is not included. Internet is $50 split and the city’s electricity/waste disposal are bimonthly.

The apartment is located very close to a Walmart Grocery and we got 2 pools! The neighborhood is also very safe! You’re only 6 minutes away from Cypress College and 3 minutes from Taco Bell.

Have you yearned to be wanted to be only 4 minutes away from Beach Boulevard? Home to Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Porto’s? Well this is the spot for you!

I have a pet cat and he is very sweet and cuddly. I myself am just a nerdy guy who mostly hangs out in his room, but will occasionally host friends to play board games together (you’re always invited dw.) Also I’m LGBT friendly!
