Roomie in the hills

This is a 4BR 3 Ba house located on a cul de sac in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with a pool and spa in Anaheim hills. The home is occupied by me and my girlfriend and our 3 kids. We have always had a roommate and our last roommate was like family she has now graduated college and bought a home on her own. We are looking for another great fit to our household. The upstairs room is 12x 12 foot room, has its own upstairs bathroom and shower. Full use of kitchen, laundry area, and living spaces. Please no parties, strangers, or drugs. This room is meant for one person only so no couples or shared room situations please. But visitors are ok. Rent price includes Utilities, cable, internet, and maid service every 2 weeks that cleans bathrooms and common areas
