We are in anahiem, very close to multiple highways so its super connected. Next to a train station. The area is very walkable, lots of awesome restaurants around. The complex its self is really nice. There’s a roof top deck, a nice pool, a good gym, great hang out spaces. The apartment itself is fully furnished except the room you’ll be staying in. There’s in unit washer and dryer. Its spacious, bright, clean and very cozy with all the blankets I have haha. The room itself is a decent size, definitely big enough for a full or queen size bed. And you get the hallway closet as well as the room for storage. The only draw back is it does not have windows and the ac doesnt directly go into the room. However, we provide a pretty powerful fan for you and we have a partition wall you can put up in front of the room so you can have privacy while keeping the door open for extra airflow. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 person (shes super nice and very clean). Its also the closest room to the living room where there is large windows and a day bed you can relax on when you’re craving sunlight :). There’s also a small balcony I’m working on turning into an oasis! The room comes with a reserved underground parking space. Also we are open to pets but they either have to be reptiles, fish, or hyperallergenic pets. One of us is super allergic to animal dander and animals that shed a lot.
There are three of us living here. One single female and one married couple (female/male). We all prioritize cleanliness and communication so everyone lives comfortably in the home :). We are all super friendly and welcoming. All genders, religion, and walks of life are welcome! Women and queer folk are preferred but we are open to anyone who is kind and courteous.
