Room for rent in Anaheim

My name is Reagan and renting a room
In an apartment in Anaheim. I am 28 year old male that loves God and I currently live in le med apartments in Anaheim. I work in Santa Anna for Tom Ferry International . I work Mon- Thursday 6:30-3:30 in office and Friday remote. I am clean , quiet , respectful. I don’t drink , I don’t smoke, and don’t have any pets.

My current roomate is moving out so I’d love to get a new roomate instead of finding another place to live. It is Le Med apartments in Anaheim. The apartment is a 2 bed and 2 bath with a shared shower. You have your own door to the shower with a lock. You have your own private bathroom that is attached to the room. It has central AC/heating and in unit washer and dryer. The room available is a slightly bigger room with a bigger bathroom and storage space. It’s a gated community , on the ground floor, it has a back yard , a pool , gym, jacuzzi, tennis court , your own designated parking spot, and the Santa Anna river, trail near by for running and walks. You will have full access to everything . The neighbor next door is an extremely kind older couple with son. Very kind and respectful people. It’s located between both the 55”s , 15 minutes away from Disneyland.

The rent would be $1,375 a month, and $100-$110 in utilities. Utilities would be the WiFi , gas , and electric. The water is included in the rent. The electricity is what fluctuates the most due to how much is used but the electricity would not be a monthly , but ever 2 months.

It would be move in asap but you could move in on the first of September 1st, and not pay rent until October 1st. The apartment does give a 2 day grace period , so the rent is technically due on the 1st but you would have the 3rd of each month to officially turn it in.
