Rent $1200/month. $1000 refundable deposit. (Prefer 6 -12 months availability/commitment to start; month-to-month)
Kitchen and laundry full access at regular usage level. Back yard pool. Street parking. Quiet area - except 4th of July! Family neighborhood.
Need to show you are working outside the home and/or student full time and have income to support rent.
No smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol, overnight guests not prearranged, nor pets - though we have 2 loveable, active, herding dogs for you to meet. Owners dogs will “select” our next rentor/housemate. 😁
