Room is currently being shared(couple). Property is managed by a management company.

The room has a closet of 6’x4’x6’ and a cupboard space above the closet with 6’x4’x3’ of space.

There are two windows on either wall of the room overlooking the side yard and backyard. Included is an overhead light and a vent for AC. It does not share any adjacent walls with the other two rooms in the house allowing for extra privacy. There is also a backyard with a lawn, trees, & partially paved). In the backyard there are fruit trees(avocados, loquats) that overhang onto the property and a pepper tree in the backyard providing an abundance of shade.

Property has 2 bathrooms(1 is toilet and sink only, other is full bathroom with shower/tub). Laundry room with full washer dryer included. Lots of Grocery stores & restaurants nearby. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.

Existing roommates(2 guys) are very nice and considerate people. They are both professionals who work 9-5 M-F. One of them has started a small garden in the back and plans to share the produce with other Roomate’s.

Everyone is very friendly and there have been no conflicts as long as we have lived here. We would stay here longer, but have recently been approved for a job transfer and need to move.
