Large Room Utilities Included near Disneyland

Room available in a 3-bedroom house. The room is the largest bedroom in the home and comes furnished with a queen bed and two nightstands. A desk can also be provided upon request.

The other two bedrooms are currently occupied by female roommates.

Amenities include: • Utilities and high-speed internet included • Full kitchen access (please no cooking between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM) • Microwave, air fryer, and blender available for use • Washer and dryer access • Designated driveway parking • Large backyard available for your enjoyment

Overnight and daytime guests are welcome with advance notice. Small gatherings are also fine with prior communication. The home has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who is respectful, kind, and cleans up after themselves.

The yard is professionally maintained by a gardener, so we’re only asking that tenants keep their own room and shared spaces, such as the kitchen and bathroom, clean and tidy.

We can start with a 3- or 6-month lease and see how it goes. If it’s a good fit for everyone, we can discuss extending the lease at that time.

About the roomies

One roommate is in her early 30s and works from home. She’s friendly, respectful, and keeps a clean home. She travels out of town for work about once a month, so the house is often quiet. She occasionally pet sits but always provides advance notice. She enjoys a peaceful living environment, keeps to herself for the most part, but is always happy to say hello and be friendly. I don’t have pets.

The other roommate is in her mid-20s and works part-time. She tends to keep to herself. Doesn’t have pets. She will be who you share a bathroom with.

Overall, we’re looking for someone who is considerate, communicative, cleans up after themselves, and wants to be part of a relaxed home.
