Room with Private Bathroom in Anaheim

This room is located in a nice and quiet cul-de-sac single family house. It’s on second floor with a nice window view of the backyard. We are a family with two children aged between 7 to 12 years old and keep the house clean, so we are looking for someone that can keep the property clean as well. This room comes with its own bathroom (not inside the room, just right next to the room) and a parking space in the driveway. However, there is no access to kitchen and laundry room. The house is just three blocks away from Juarez Park and Sunkist Library. It’s nice to walk around the neighborhood and the park or stop by the library to check out some books.
