Room w Private Bathroom in a Nice Neighborhood

This room is located in a nice and quiet cul-de-sac two stories single family house. It’s on second floor with a nice window view of the backyard. We are a family with two children aged between 7 to 12 years old and keep the house clean, so we are looking for a female roommate that can keep the property clean as well. This room comes with its own bathroom (not inside the room, just right next to the room) and a parking space in the driveway. Fast speed internet is included. However, there is no access to kitchen and laundry room. The property’s structure provides little more privacy than most of the houses on market. The house is just three blocks away from Juarez Park and Sunkist Library. It’s nice to walk around the neighborhood and the park or stop by the library to check out some books. The property is also very close to Disneyland, Honda Center, Angel Stadium, and Anaheim Convention Center.
