This is a private spacious upstairs room within our family home, shared with myself and elderly father.
The room is lightly furnished with a queen bed, but if you have your own, You are welcome to make the space your own! I can remove the bed. This room has its own bathroom/bathtub shower and closet space. Access to the downstairs family kitchen.
The home is very quiet. There are a few house rules including no drinking, smoking inside the house, no drugs, or overnight guests.
Washing machine and dryer in the garage, where you will have your own parking space. No storage available. Kitchen Privilege's.
Must fill out a rental application if interested after viewing the space & provide current pay stubs.

We are central to the 91 fwy and 5 fwy. DISNEYLAND, KNOTTS BERRY FARM, The HONDA CENTER, ANGEL STADIUM, UCI Medical Center, CAL STATE FULLERTON, Fullerton College, Biola University, Down Town LA 30 minutes away, and many other venues are centrally located..
