This is a private spacious upstairs room within our family home, shared with myself and elderly father. Includes WIFI/Cable in your room.
The room is lightly furnished with a queen bed & TV. This room has its own bathroom/bathtub shower (not attached) closet space. Access to the downstairs family kitchen.
The home is very quiet. There are a few house rules including no drinking, smoking inside the house, no drugs, or overnight guests. I follow these rules, as home is a safe comfortable place to keep our own private feelings and space.

Washing machine and dryer in the garage, where you will have your own parking space. No storage available. Kitchen Privilege's.
