Room for rent in a four bedroom house

Room in a shared 4 bedroom house for rent. Shared bathroom with two other people. 10 minute drive to Disneyland, close the 91 and 57 fwys. Looking for a single occupancy, but open to couples if we find the right one. The house is late 20s early 30s, so ideally we would like someone in that age range. Must be employed or having some sort of income coming in. Security deposit is 640. Utilities are separate and paid bimonthly. Theres is driveway parking and also plenty of street parking. Must pass the background and credit check from the original landlord and interview with the current roommates. No pets. Move in date would be 5/1/2026, lease is up 7/29/2026 with the option to renew.
