A Private furnished room for Female preferred, in a clean quiet apartment. You can have the option to have the bathroom private for you if you need to. you can have access to kitchen and balcony. Queen size bed is currently in the room with high quality mattress, i can add another full size bed if needed. Plenty of parking available on the street all the time, there will never be a parking issue. I might accept someone with the a cat, depending on the situation. I also have another full size bed i can add in the room if two females want to share the room to reduce the cost to $700 each
