* COMPLETE PRIVACY: You have a Private separate entrance on the side of the house, no access to and from the main house. May come and go at any time.

* Master bedroom is UNFURNISHED (can be furnished if needed). Private bath.

* Room has its own split-air AC system

* Spacious walk-in closet

* Includes mini-fridge, mini microwave, no kitchen.

* Shared Laundry with owners, limit once a week

* 1 parking spot on the front yard included, street parking is also available with permit (extra cost).

* Pool is available to use during summer time only (no pool heater).
