My husband and I own the house, and we currently rent out 3 rooms. All are rented by ladies of different ages and professions—two have been here for years. We all get along really well. Guests are welcome once in a while, though we keep things pretty quiet.

✨ The master bedroom is large, fully furnished, with big closets and plenty of natural light from the windows.
✨ Shared spaces include a spacious kitchen and living room you’re welcome to hang out in.
✨ I usually keep condiments and snacks on the kitchen island for everyone.
✨ We also have in-house laundry and a pool with a lovely backyard.
