We're offering two large furnished rooms in a spacious bed, bath home. The rooms share a large bathroom.

About the Space:
Bright rooms with two large windows each, located in a quiet neighborhood near Disneyland, UCI Medical Center, and Anaheim Convention Center. Parking available onsite. Shared access to full kitchen, living room, and laundry. Cleaning service provided for common areas and shared bath. Room cleaning available upon request (small fee). Shared supplies included: trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc.

Construction Notice:
In ~months, construction will begin in the backyard, garage, and left side. The home sits on a large .acre lot, and your rooms are on the opposite side. During construction, onsite parking will not be available, however there is streetside parking. Minimal impact expected, with brief daytime noise during working hours ( days).

Ideal Tenant:
Not WFH. Clean, responsible, light cooking, respectful of housemates.
