Room4Rent [Read Full Ad]

This room is not for everyone. We have a dog (pit) and two kitties. Roommates do smoke cannabis in their room (no cigarette). We all have very different schedules. Everyone tries their best to be considerate and respectful of one anothers schedule but if you are a light sleeper this is not a good option for you. No stipulations besides common courtesy and manners everyone should know and practice like cleaning up after yourself, being considerate and respectful at all times to the house and everyone in it. Everyone pitches in and buys toilet paper, cleaning supplies, ect.
Looking for a roommate who is easy going, respects privacy, and is able to pay the full amount of rent on time every month.
2 bathrooms (1 shower)

Large shared living room with TV
Wifi (spectrum)
Kitchen has stove, microwave, toaster oven, fridge/freezer space, pantry space. You are welcome to use the pots/pans, plates, cups, &silverware (as long as you wash your dishes when you're done....obviously right?)
