I will be staying in the master bedroom located in the upper level. I am 31 years old and a working professional. I am looking for a respectful, clean, and quiet female roommate. 6 month lease then option to renew month to month. Looking for a working professional or student around the age range 25-40. I will conduct basic tenant credit history and past rental history. Must show proof of income and be ready to pay security deposit and rent. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) fees charged separately on monthly basis. I have a Shiba Inu dog and no additional pets will be allowed.
