Room For Rent Please Read Description

Let me start off by saying that this room isnt for everyone. We have a dog (pit) and two kitties. Roommates do smoke marijuana in their bedrooms. We all have very different schedules. One roommate starts work at about 1AM so they wake up at around midnight and might use the stove or microwave. Another roommate wakes up at 4AM to shower and make their coffee and lunch before leaving for work at 530AM. Everyone tries their best to be courteous and respectful of one anothers schedule but if you are a light sleeper this is not a good option for you. We don't do passive aggressive, or any weird drama. If someone has an issue we communicate with eachother and figure out a fair solution. If you are not comfortable doing that then this is not the room for you. The front gate must remain locked at all times, as well as the garage. The gararge is only for doing laundry. The only rules and expectations are just common knowledge and courtesy everyone should know and practice. (Clean up after yourself, respect every person, animal, and object, dont take or use anything that isnt yours, always ask if you would like to borrow something, communicate and be honest, just be considerate and pcourteous) Everyone buys toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dish soap. This is a very balanced house, and everyone pitches in. We don't need to keep tabs on who uses the most toilet paper or who bought it last. If you don't agree or don't understand what is fair and everyone does their part then this is not the room for you.
Looking for a roommate who is easy going, will clean up after themselves, and is able to pay the full amount of rent on time every month. Someone who does not cause drama and minds their own business.

Large gated yard
Large shared living room with TV
Kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster oven, fridge/freezer space, pantry space. You are welcome to use the pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, silverware in the kitchen, as long as you wash it after.
Washer & dryer access in the garage.
