We're basically looking for someone who lives a clean honest life, who's easy going, clean, respectful, and pays rent on time.

Mother/ daughter household. No kids or teenagers live here.

We are really relaxed and laid back kind of people, who live pretty low key lives. We're just looking for someone who's pleasant, drama free, and down to earth.

Viewings are held by apt only, and I will do a phone chat prior to making that apt.

*Single occupancy only, no guests
*No prior evictions, criminal history, drugs, or smoking of any type.
*Must have a full time job outside of the home.
*Students who also work will be considered.
*Must be okay with a background check, if one is needed, and be able to show proof of consistent work history.
