Master Bedroom for rent in Anaheim Apartment

Looking for a new roommate as my current roommate will be moving out and relocating to another state. I'm a chill person who likes to stay home and keep to myself. Although I like to go out every once in a while. I mostly keep myself busy with work, school (I'm currently in grad school), working out, and tidying up the apartment. I'm not a super clean freak but I make sure to clean up after myself in the common areas. I respect my roommate's space and their belongings. For the common areas where we share storage space, it will be divided evenly. Of course, I am more than happy to share some of my furnishings and items in the kitchen (such as appliances and whatnot) since we do have limited space. We have 2 reserved car parking spots so we will each get one. The apartment building does have a limited number of visitor spots that is on a first come first serve basis. I don't mind if you have visitors coming over or sleeping over. I mostly only have my boyfriend who comes over to the apartment occasionally. We have an in-unit laundry! However, it is located in the balcony/patio which is right outside of the master bedroom which means I would have to go through your room in order for me to do laundry. I will do laundry only when you are home so as to be respectful of your space and belongings. Rent does not include any utilities. If you are interested and want more details, message me :)
