Room for Rent - Anaheim Hills - Guest House

Nice private room for rent in my Anaheim Hills 2 bedroom guest house with a great views and amenities!

The bedroom is bright and airy, currently unfurnished (but can be furnished) and is approximately 11.5 x 11.0 feet. You can easily fit a double full sized or queen bed, dresser, night stands, TV stand and desk. It has a closet with mirrored doors, ceiling fan, tiled floor and overhead built in lighting.

The monthly rent is $800 and includes utilities and high speed Wifi.

You will be sharing the guest house as a roommate with a nice easy going professional man. Compatibility is very important. I am looking for a female or male renter who is responsible, clean and would be a good roommate. If you are interested in renting the room, please respond with some info about yourself.
