Room for rent in a resort apartment complex

Hello friends! I’m looking for a respectable roommate to be part of our lovely apartment. We are firm believers, equality, consideration, and fairness. Our home is LGBTQ+ friendly and we want an accepting ally that can respect these values.

I live in a resort complex! With three pools, which one is seated. Three Jacuzzis and one of those is the right next to my apartment.

There is a top of the line Gym that compares to luxury gym. There is sauna available at the gym too.

Right next to the apartment complex is a really cool park, trail system going through the beautiful Aliso of Viejo wilderness. Across the street is every story you could ever want! I legit never have to drive further than 2 miles for all of my errands.

Detail details of the room;
there is a very spacious closet that has shelving and is 15 feet wide (huge compared to today standards).
The room gets direct sun during sunset and is great for plants.

What is being provided;
Shared bathroom with other roommate, which has two sinks and storage underneath.
There is a walk-in shower.

Two shelves in our refrigerator. Two shelves in our walk-in food closet.

There are two cabinets in the hallway outside of the room where extra belongings can be stored.

We rotate the chores in between the house mates and keep everything clean/tidy.

We have a wash washer and dryer in our garage that you can use.
